Hello, I have a CReader V, it was on firmware 3.0, and I've upgraded it to firmware 3.4. after the upgrade, for some cars the device didn't work , and the other the device didnt complete the "read the DTC", and stops after PWK , I tested on peugeot 307 (year 2003) , and citroen, so what to do ?!...

I have a customer with an 04 Kia rio that I cannot use the Creader V to pull codes from. I have updated to the latest software update and still no go. I also saw someone else posted about a 2003 Kia Rio they couldn't communicate with as well. Anyone have any suggestions?
